After a long morning of drinking flights of beers from Stony Creek Brewery, we managed to make it outside to the parking lot where Shoreline Prime Meats & Deli Food Truck was waiting. Stony Creek encourages visitors to pick up a snack or two from the food truck(s) outside and enjoy them in the brewery, so we had to check it out.
The menu was exactly what you would want if you spent a good part of your morning drinking different beers – tons of fried food!
These Mac & Cheese bites had the perfect amount of coating on them.
Of course my boyfriend requested the stuffed jalapenos – anything spicy is what he wants.
Lastly we tried the Mac & Cheese Sandwich. It was a little bit of a carb-overload, but helpful in this particular scenario.
We finished this fried-goodness platter and then Uber’d back to New Haven. It was the perfect ending to our little getaway trip. Until next time…
